Santa at QVB Sydney
This year, for the first time ever, Sydney's QVB welcomes Santa Claus to celebrate Christmas.

Santa arrived by Sleigh on the roof of the Queen Victoria Building on Monday 28th November and now the jolly one himself has taken up residence in the Swarovski Crystal Garden welcoming children every day, up to and including Christmas Eve.

The amazing QVB Christmas experience begins at the foot of their iconic Swarovski Christmas Tree. 24 metres tall and spanning three levels, the tree is adorned with 144,000 individual crystals and 60,000 twinkling lights.

The breathtaking Swarovski Crystal Garden, a winter wonderland bathed in silver light and thousands of sparkling crystals, offers Sydney’s most stunning Christmas Portraits. Inspired by Victorian Christmas Cards and designed to replicate the beauty of the North Pole, besotted children are transported to a magical world filled with crystal flowers, butterflies and blossom trees, underneath a canopy of sparkling crystal strands. To complete the sensory experience, the scent of alpine trees and cinnamon waft through the garden as a selection of carols play.

All I Want For Christmas ...!

The QVB has the season wrapped up with an endless selection of exquisite Christmas gifts, from the divine to the unique. Whether it’s a box set of Puccini, diamonds, handmade chocolates or even some colourful playdough, there is something for everyone.

The Swarovski Crystal Garden is located on level two and portraits will be taken from 10am – 4pm weekdays and Sundays, 10am -7pm on Thursdays and from 9am -5pm on Saturdays and in the week leading up to Christmas will operate extended hours in line with extended shopping hours. Visit qvb for details.
