Planning summer school holidays has never been easier, thanks to an outstanding educational program just released by the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney. This summer, parents state wide will chase children outdoors and into one of Sydney’s best loved gardens, where they’ll discover the joy of fresh air activities including; cooking, hunting for dinosaurs, dancing and creating homes for native insects.

Go on a BIG adventure through the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney these holidays!
DISCOVER: Stomp around the Garden on safari to find the megafauna and dinosaurs hiding amongst Jurassic plants.
CREATE: Look at real fossils of ancient plants and animals, then get hands-on and messy with clay, plant materials and stampers to make their own!
COOK: Mix up a storm to make a delicious chocolate crackle snack - edible Wollemi Pine bark. Yum!

Journey back through time and witness Australian Dinosaurs and megafauna next to plants that were important to them. Download the app onto your smartphone or tablet. Kids will travel back through time on a dramatic Garden Adventure with professional storyteller Jo Henwood. Everyone will be part of the action - playing the heroes, making the sound effects, using their imaginations to enter a world where giant beasts roam and adventures are HUGE!
