Yulefest in the Blue Mountains has kicked off once again and while the cold winds are blowing and the odd snowflake falling, there’s no better place to be than beside the log fire in the picturesque surrounds of Fairmont Resort MGallery in the Blue Mountains.
The Fairmont Resort will be hosting Yulefest dinners every Saturday night from 29 June to 27 July 2013 and festival goers can expect a smorgasbord of Yuletide favourites including a seafood buffet, Christmas Meats selection (think glazed ham, stuffed turkey, rolled roast pork), and dessert buffet. The 20th July is already sold out.
A visit from Santa will keep the children on their toes and Jamison’s restaurant will be decorated with Christmas trees, bon bons and festive music will be playing.
Two seatings will be held each Saturday night, commencing at 6pm and 8:30pm. Cost is $85 per adult and $39 per child*(aged 5-12). Kids under 4 eat free.
For those that want to extend the Yuletide cheer, the resort is offering a Bed & Breakfast package from $339 per night which includes overnight accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children, plus buffet breakfast the following morning.

This one’s for the kids – on 6 July 2013, Fairmont Resort MGallery will be throwing a Children’s Fancy Dress Parade and is encouraging guest’s children staying at the resort and those attending Yulefest dinner celebrations on 6th July, to come along and join in the parade.
Fancy dress participants will assemble at 3:45 outside the Auditorium for a lolly buffet and then from 4-5pm, the fancy dress parade will begin and will be accompanied with great prizes, followed by a Christmas themed movie. Parents are invited to enjoy some eggnog at Jamison’s bar while watching the sunset over the mountains.
