1. Bali Dynasty Resort, South Kuta Beach

2. Club Med Bali, Nusa Dua
All-inclusive holiday company Club Med’s Bali resort is just 30 minutes’ drive from the international airport at Denpasar and 12km from Kuta. Set on the longest resort beachfront in Nusa Dua, it offers a range of in-resort sports and activities, including a treasure hunt and Balinese cooking classes. It also has an excellent entertainment line-up, with traditional dance performances and a digital colours show featuring dazzling costumes and vibrant performances by the resort’s talented Gentils Organisateurs (GOs). Free for guests, the Umah Rare Kids’ Club celebrates Bali’s arts and cultural heritage with activities. They can also learn how to weave palm leaves into decorative ornaments from a Balinese priestess, dance with local children, play coconut bowls, fly hand-crafted kites on the beach, pick herbs from the on-site garden to make zero waste mocktails with the bartenders, make local fruit-based desserts with the chefs, do yoga, and try their hand at Indonesian martial arts and Balinese dance.
