Onsite every day during the holidays from 11am – 2pm there will be Wild Animal Encounters hosted by Geckoes who will bring in snakes, lizards and a host of wild animals not usually seen at UnderWater World for people to hold and have their photos taken.
There’s plenty of fun for children of all ages including costume characters roaming the world across the two weeks of school holidays from 17 September – 2nd October.
These holidays will be notable for two very important birthdays – Freckles, the very cute Grey Nurse Shark (critically endangered species) who was born at UnderWater World, will be turning two on Sunday 18th September.
Friday September 30th also marks 22 years since UnderWater World opened its doors, winning a host of awards over the years and welcoming visitors from all over the world.
