For 95 years, lucky Sydneysiders have been enjoying the idyllic swimming location of Greenwich Baths and on Saturday, September 1, The Baths officially mark the start of the 96th Summer season with a FREE Open Day for all the family from 10am and 2pm with access to all facilities, a jumping castle and pool toys and a BBQ!
Nestled on the tip of Greenwich Point, with spectacular harbour views, The Baths provide a swimming haven for young and old alike. Surrounded by a shark-proof net and an enclosed site with child-proof gating providing a protective outdoor space for families to enjoy the sun, sand and Sydney harbour!
The harbour’s pleasant waters are ideal for swimming and the facilities at Greenwich Baths cater for everyone from toddlers having a splash to a lap swimmer enjoying their training. For families and young mums there are toys provided for the ever-important sandcastle building, and the gentle lapping waves are a safe introduction for youngsters to discover the ocean water.
