Your three-day stay
Perfect for a long weekend (or even mid-week) getaway, three days at Paradise Resort lets you enjoy some much-needed family time with minimal stress.
Day One
It’s your first day on the Gold Coast, so why not hit the ground running? While you can’t check into Paradise Resort until 2 pm, you’re welcome to store your luggage at our reception desk whenever you arrive – it’s open 24 hours – and try our on-site facilities. Then, wash off your trip with a dip in the pool and let the kids stretch their legs on our jungle gyms or in one of our water parks.
Next, get your bearings with a stroll around the surrounding area. Positioned in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Paradise Resort provides the perfect base camp for your Gold Coast adventure. Walk along the famous Surfers Paradise boardwalk, check out bustling Cavill Avenue or take the light rail to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre in nearby Broadbeach.
For your first night, dine in at our brand-new, on-site restaurant, Penguins! The perfect family dining experience, the broad menu offers something for everyone. There are the favourites like chicken parmigiana and fish and chips, an expansive kids’ menu (hello, mac and cheese croquettes!) and delicious entrees like sticky chicken wings and garlic prawns.
Day Two
Start the day by ordering breakfast in bed. You can collect meals from the on-site dining options thanks to Paradise Resort’s partnership with the app Order Up. Your family will want to have plenty of fuel to take on the day.
Why not head out to the quintessential, unforgettable Gold Coast experience – the Aquaduck. For $138, you can take a family trip (two adults and two children) from land to sea aboard the eye-catching Aquaduck. We really can’t think of a better way to see the city, and the kids will even get to drive the Aquaduck while on the water. Alternatively, you can cuddle koalas and meet four-legged (and no-legged!) locals at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary with the whole family for $149.95.
Day Three
Enjoy your last day at Paradise Resort with a fun activity in the morning before check out at 10 am – we’ve got fun for the whole family from 7.30 am onwards. Of course, you can continue to use our facilities after you check out, so savour the last moments of your family holiday with a trip to Planet Chill (our ice-skating rink), a rock climbing or laser tag session, or a splash in one of our water parks.

Day Four
It’s not a Gold Coast getaway without a trip to one of our iconic theme parks – and White Water World offers the perfect way to beat the heat! Dreamworld’s adjoining water park is jam-packed with rides for the whole family, and at $79 per adult and $74 for children aged three to 13.
Day Five
You’re probably exhausted from all the fun, so why not take Day Five to chill out Paradise Resort style? Dine out at Deb’s Pizza Shack or Jerry’s Burger Bar through Order Up, and enjoy watching movies together as a family on your in-room TV. The kids can explore the resort if they’re feeling cooped up, and you can enjoy some child-free relaxation in our new adults’ only lounge, bar and pool (coming this year!).
Day Six
Your Gold Coast holiday is officially over, so make the most of our resort facilities and activities one last time before hitting the road – taking a bevy of special family memories back home with you.
