For great family value, you can’t miss The Dinosaur Experience. Come face to face with the Museum’s very own Muttaburrasaurus dinosaur, Winny, in this special 45 minute show for all ages.

Get up close and very personal with Winny in this interactive show which gives kids the chance to see her snot, sniff her poo and discover what she likes to eat – will it be plants, hot dogs or maybe even small children?!!
Learn all about Winny’s busy life at the was like for Australian dinosaurs that lived millions of years ago. The show includes the chance to ask curly questions and to have photos taken with Winny.
There are shows at 11.00am and 12.30pm daily from 2 – 26 January 2012. Shows are $5 per person after general Museum entry.
Budding palaeontologists can complete their museum expedition with a visit to the Dinosaurs Exhibition where they can touch 100 million year old dinosaur fossils and practice digging for bones.
The fossil touch table and dig pit will be open from 10.00am – 11.00am and 2.00pm – 3.00pm daily throughout the school holidays.
Under 5s will also love the chance to dress up in dinosaur tails and do fun dinosaur activities in Kidspace throughout January.
