Lake Crackenback is a perfect base to explore the region for sightseeing, local attractions and snowsports in winter. The many summer activities include Segway eco tours, walking, mountain biking, canoeing, archery or fishing.

Kids Club/activities/local attractions

Trampolines, archery, tennis, canoeing and stand up paddleboarding on Lake Crackenback, indoor heated swimming pool, tennis, fishing, kids play room with DVDs, books and games to keep them entertained – and 150 acres of natural bushland. Wally the Wombat kids program, with special kids’ menus in dining outlets; kids can write a letter to Wally and post it to him in his special mail box located next to his burrow… Wally may even respond!

What’s in it for Mums?

Our Spa & Wellness Centre is a great escape for Mum – or Dad! There are some beautiful walking trails to explore on your own, or with the kids in tow. Take a leisurely canoe ride around the lake, find a quiet bench and read a book or take a camera and explore the beautiful scenery. Another option is to sit in the Alpine Larder and just enjoy a freshly brewed coffee with view of Lake Crackenback.
