Lovers of live music can feel the groove of cool afternoon tunes for FREE from 1.00pm-4.00pm every Sunday of March and April at the Armory Wharf at Sydney Olympic Park.
Perfect for picnicking families and for lunching diners at the award-winning Armory Wharf Café, the autumn 2012 season of the popular River Rhythms outdoor concert series will see a talented line-up of performers from a range of musical genres.
This FREE Alfresco concert series runs through Autumn 2012 with a program of live music from western swing, cajun blues and jazz to country, pop, funk and even samba! Featured artists include Mick Conway’s National Junk Band, Sally Street, Edwina Blush Quartet and Danielle Blakey.
The Armory Wharf at Newington Armory can be accessed via Jamieson Street at Sydney Olympic Park. FREE parking is available at Blaxland Riverside Park and the site can also be accessed via public transport.
