It may only be September, but tickets to Sydney’s Santa spectacular are selling fast.
The event will be held at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse on December 7 through to December 27.
“Our tickets are on sale now and are already selling like gangbusters,” Jade Evans, co-founder of Sydney Santa Spectacular told Family Travel.
“By getting in now they can ensure they secure the day and session they’d like – with a few sessions close to selling out already.”
The Santa Spectacular is Australia’s biggest Christmas spectacular. It will feature a portable ice-skating rink, carnival rides, cookie decorating workshops and carols.
The kids will love the carnival rides, including the teacups, Wave Swinger, Red Baron Flyer and an inflatable world.
In the Polar Bear playground, kids can play putt-putt golf with snowballs.
Book fast if you want to do one of Santa’s elves workshops. Kids can choose from crafts, cooking decorating and face painting.
Make sure you take a walk through the Enchanted Snow Forest – it will have daily snow falls.
All rides and parking are included in the entrance ticket. Food and drinks are for sale. However, families are welcome to BYO.
Guests can place gifts under a towering 15-metre charity Christmas tree. For the past three years, the Sydney Santa Spectacular team has hand-delivered more than 9000 presents from the giving tree to the Sydney Children’s Hospital and Westmead Children’s Hospital.
“Last year was our biggest year of gift giving – we gave out close to 5000 gifts from that one year alone,” Evans says. “We’d like to see that grow even more this year.”
